• Enhanced Attendance Report
  • Specific Schedule Locations can now be selected in the Filter

Evaluations

• If program settings allow students to add preceptors, +Add Preceptor button is always shown
  • If student attempts to add a preceptor that already exists (email matches), student is given an option to select that preceptor
• Enhanced notice on Eval Submission/ Evaluator Review to prevent inadvertent submissions
• Enhanced notice on Patient Evals distinguishing between required sections and ePCR fields

Schedule

• All users attending an event can now see the names of other event attendees

Sim Sessions

• Sim Session Facilitators can now Complete Session & Assign Evals to Students
  • Assigned evals will go to the students' To Do lists, allowing them to document ePCR, narratives, or any other Patient Eval info after the completion of the Sim Session
  • Approval is still needed by the Evaluator
• Added Comments and Attachments fields to Sim Session participants
  • Any user able to access a Sim Session can leave a comment
  • Sim Session facilitator and Participant can attach files

Learning Center

• Admins can now specify an external URL for their program's Preceptor Training
  • Can be enabled by Learning Activity
  • Managed in Settings → Organization → Options → Learning Center → Preceptor Training
  • This URL will show up on the Dashboard for preceptors with EMCE accounts and in Evaluator Review mode on the student's device

• Students may now access Learning Center content for up to 90 days after graduation

General

• Added confirmation message and email when submitting feedback/support requests
• Added message when EMCE is updated, recommending sign out
• Added help message and link to upgrade for students without EMCE Pro
