Sim Sessions

• You can now see today’s Sim Sessions from a new Dashboard widget (and start a new session from there).

Dashboard

• Dashboard cards now show cached data while refreshing, so returning to the Dashboard feels faster and avoids unnecessary loading spinners.

Schedule / Events

• You can now share a link to a specific event (including a specific occurrence in a recurring series).
• You can now set local reminders for upcoming events, including optional clock-in and clock-out reminders for students.
• Organizations can now require students to choose a location when creating events, and limit available locations based on allowed learning activities.

Evaluations

• Preceptors now see a first-time guidance notice before evaluating a student, with a reminder available from evaluator review mode.

🐛 Bug Fixes

Sim Sessions

• Fixed an issue where the keyboard could block saving comments while scoring learning objectives.
• Fixed an issue where Patient Eval companion forms weren’t shown or validated correctly in Sim Sessions.

Evaluations

• Fixed an issue where the Evaluations → Done tab could unexpectedly show no evals.
• Fixed an issue where preceptors couldn’t bulk approve skill evals from Evaluations → To Do.
• Fixed an issue where custom companion form scores could be missing from Shift Eval PDF exports.
• Fixed an issue where the evaluator selection could be cleared unexpectedly while picking a cohort or org unit.
