Don't let the paperwork pile up. You can now dictate your patient narrative or type it out, and PreceptoBot will automatically extract:

• Patient Demographics: Age, sex, and chief complaints.
• Clinical Data: Vitals, medications administered, and physical exam findings.
• Skills Performed: Automatically adds associated skill evaluations for procedures you performed.
• Impressions & Acuity: Identifies primary impressions and patient acuity levels.

📸 Paper-to-Digital Extraction

Moving from paper to digital has never been easier. Simply take a photo of your paper shift form or patient evaluation, and PreceptoBot will:

• Identify Multiple Encounters: For shift evaluations, it can detect and process multiple patient contacts from a single form.
• Structured Data Entry: Automatically populates form fields, vitals, and skills based on the contents of the photo.
• Automatic Attachments: Saves your uploaded photos or PDFs directly to the evaluation for easy reference and verification.

PreceptoBot Evaluation Editing can be enabled or disabled by your organization under Settings > Organization > Options > Learning Center.

⭐ Event Drop Requests

We are excited to introduce the Event Drop feature, designed to give students more flexibility with their schedules while streamlining the approval process for coordinators.

For Students

• Request to Drop: You can now request to be removed from a scheduled event directly through the app.
• Real-time Notifications: Receive instant push and email notifications when your coordinator approves or denies your request.
• Note: Drop requests must be submitted at least one day in advance.

For Admins & Clinical Coordinators

• Streamlined Approvals: Review student requests with all the necessary context—including the reason and proposed swap—in one dialog.
• Custom Notifications: Keep everyone in the loop with automated alerts for designated staff when new requests are submitted.
• Organization Control: Enable or disable this feature anytime via Organization Settings > Scheduling Options.

Schedule

• Added option to show and restore soft-deleted attendees
  • Restore only available if an attendee slot is still open

Evaluations

• Optionally show a digital signature on all completed evals, even when the evaluator has an EMCE account
• Exported PDFs now contain all ePCR information
• Preceptors can now see submitted patient evals in their To Do list before the shift eval is submitted

General

• Graduated cohorts are now hidden by default in Settings > Cohorts
  • Tap “Show Graduated” to show cohorts whose graduation date has passed
