Scheduling

• Students can now clock in 30 minutes before the start of an event (previously 15)

• Multiple students can now be selected in Schedule Filters

  • Saved schedules with single attendees will need to be recreated

• 🐛 Addressed a myriad of time zone related scheduling issues:

  • Cohort assignment on non-recurring events

  • Last date of recurring event not appearing

  • Editing existing events with time zone changes

  • Attendance report date filters working incorrectly

  • Bulk assignment across time zones

  • Adding multiple attendees when creating a new event

  • "You're already attending an event" message will no longer display incorrectly

  • Cloning existing events will keep attendees appropriately

  • Events will show in the appropriate time zone when viewed from a time zone other than where the event was created

• 🆕 New or updated functionality

  • Attendance report is no longer accessible from Mobile

  • Students can no longer be marked as absent for future events

  • New date/time picker when editing attendance records

  • Only approved preceptors can be scheduled for events

  • Tags are now visible on the Attendance Report
