🐛 Fixes

• ❌ Auditing of “nested” or “sub” evals, such as patients on a shift, will no longer be possible, as this was not the intended functionality and yields unintended results upon rejection. Please continue to audit entire shift evals.

• ⚙️ Settings

  • Cohorts will now be sorted alphabetically by alias (if one exists) or chronologically.

  • Complex Simulations requirements may not have loaded.

• Some web views weren’t launching on the Android platform.

Evaluations

• If only approved preceptors are allowed, evaluator picker search results will now include them.

• Administrators will now see the Management section when scoring submitted patient evals.

• The TEAM LEADER tag will now only appear for patient evals not recorded during a clinical experience.

• Patients on a shift eval in the Lab or Class learning activity will now be treated as simulations and reported accordingly.

• Some evals may have counted towards both Formative and Summative requirements, which should not be possible.

  • Simulation Competencies may not have loaded in some cases.

  • Evals will now be sorted in reverse chronological order when viewing via Evaluations Progress.

• Reports for course-based cohorts may not have been showing correct counts.
