New Features

  • Requirements

    • Added new org setting to allow programs to customize the scoring thresholds for Learning Objectives

      • The minimum scores for each learning phase — Formative, Summative, and Capstone, can now be customized

      • Optionally hide an entire objective. If all objectives are hidden, patient evals no longer need to be evaluated on these objectives

      • These settings will only take effect for newly-created cohorts. If you would like to change the scoring for a current cohort, contact EMCE support

    • Added additional helper text for the Assessment and Treatment objectives on a patient eval

    • Skill Requirements can now be created for the Capstone learning phase

    • Courses can now be copied between Org Units

  • Evaluations

    • Admins + Program Directors can now edit evals in student's To Do lists, from the Dashboard > Student tab

    • All types of file attachments can now be downloaded from the Evaluations screen

  • Scheduling

    • On the Attendance Report, the Evaluation column is now visible without needing to horizontally scroll

    • If the Attendance feature is off (in Settings > Organization > Options > Scheduling), the Clock In/Clock Out columns are removed from the Attendance Report

🐛 Bug Fixes

  • Evaluations

    • Fixed an issue with nested patient evals not completing, specifically on instructor-created shift evals
