Evaluations

• Recounting all evaluations for a student may now be initiated via a button at the bottom of the Evaluations Progress widget on the Dashboard.

• Summative patient eval requirements may now be specified for one or more learning activities (e.g. clinic, field).

🐛 Bug fixes

• Automatic upgrades of the app are now handled more smoothly; users will see a significant reduction in the number of random errors that could occur previously

Evaluations

• For cohorts using the 2023 SMC requirements model:

  • Instructors are now able to score the Management section of the patient eval form.

  • Changing cohort requirements will no longer break the skill picker.

  • Requirements without a subject matter will now be displayed on the Dashboard and Reports.

• Editing the initial set of (student) comments on an eval will function more reliably.

• Bulk-completed (approved) evals will now be checked for valid scores and other essential data.

• Popup warnings about missing data (e.g. scores) will now be displayed at the bottom of the eval form upon edit.

Scheduling

• To aid with events longer than 24 hours, the date picker is now available on the attendance record edit form. The date will also be displayed on the attendance summary when viewing an event.
