🐛 Bug fixes

• If allowed by org/unit options, narrative editing after eval submission / completion has been restored for mobile devices.

• Initial comments (by student or evaluator) will now auto-save, and subsequent views will not contribute excess copies to eval activity history.

• Bottom sheet "pickers" (e.g., for choosing a student or evaluator) will now expand to their maximum height when interacting with the search box and (software) keyboard.
