• Dashboard

  • Added "Student" tab to Instructor Dashboard

    • When a student is selected, the student's To Do list will now show in addition to their Evaluations Progress Widget

• Scheduling

  • Approved Locations is now Schedule Locations

    • Settings > Schedule Locations loads significantly faster

    • The locations screen no longer refreshes entirely when changes are made

    • Only one Learning Activity may now be set on an Org/Org Unit

      • This Learning Activity will automatically be selected when creating events with this Location. Students may still select a different Learning Activity on a Shift Eval

🐛 Bug Fixes

• Scheduling

  • Fixed issue with org unit address showing as "United States" when empty-- will now default to parent org address

  • The schedule will no longer attempt to reload when changes are made by other users; added refresh button

  • Fixed issue with duplicate locations being erroneously shown in Locations filter

• Evaluations

  • Eval overdue check now runs every time the app is opened by the student

  • Fixed issue with showing Patient Age and Pathology/Complaint in Shift Eval edit mode

  • Evaluator can now be changed on an editable patient without first editing the shift eval

  • Eval list will no longer reload during filtering, will only apply filter after sidebar is closed

  • Eval is not re-saved to database if editor is opened and nothing is changed

  • Fixed an issue where "Lab" learning activity was not being set for skill evals for cohorts using courses

  • Eval link sharing fixed

  • Students are now prevented from self-evaluating in all situations
